CollegeSet is a response to a growing educational and financial crisis. Over a third of America’s college students (and over half our minority students) fail to earn a degree, even after six years. Their goal is to close this opportunity gap by helping to eliminate the financial barrier to higher education.
Operation HOPE's Banking on Our Future program is designed to empower youth to understand the language of money and take control of their financial future. The BOOF curriculum is taught in schools and community-based organizations by well-trained community volunteers. Operation HOPE has partnered with Gallup to develop the Gallup-HOPE Index, measuring youth attitudes about entrepreneurship and financial literacy, to gain insight into how they envision their economic future, and to understand their level of participation in our nation's economy.
W!SE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing financial literacy, and other educational opportunities, to underprivileged and urban students in low-to-moderate-income areas.
